2 Corinthians 5:20 — Ambassadors for Christ
You are an Ambassador. Train like one.
This is a practice gym. You have a real conversation with someone who does not agree with you, and afterwards you are told honestly how it went.
Free to use, funded by the people who support it. No church, no group, no schedule required.
Five levels
You do not start at the hard part. Each level names what you will be able to do when you finish it, and nothing is unlocked by paying — only by practising.
Level 1 · Novice
You can say the gospel plainly in under a minute, tell your own story without performing it, and ask a real question before you reach for an answer.
Start here if the question "so what do you actually believe?" makes your mind go blank.
Level 2 · Emergent
You can answer the objections that actually come up — being a good person, church hypocrisy, inherited religion, prosperity — without condemnation and without flinching.
For when you can say it plainly, and the next thing you meet is an objection.
Level 3 · Intermediate
You can state another person's faith accurately enough that they would agree with your summary — and then bear witness to Christ anyway, without strawmen and without flinching.
For conversations with people who already believe something else, and know it well.
Level 4 · Advanced
You can hold the hardest intellectual ground without bluffing — the resurrection, the problem of evil, the reliability of the text — and concede honestly what ought to be conceded.
For the hard ground, where bluffing is worse than saying you do not know.
Level 5 · Expert
You can sit with the wounded without explaining their pain, refuse to defend what Scripture itself condemns, offer friendship that is not recruitment, and let go of the outcome.
For the conversations that last years, with people the church has already hurt.
What actually happens
Nothing on this page is a mock-up. Everything below is in the product now.

What she is built to punish
Proof-text ping-pong. She has more verses ready than you do, and trading them is the game she trains for.
Every persona names the specific mistake it exists to punish. That is why arguing well can lose: the personas are built so that the tactic most people reach for is the one that closes the conversation.
How the first lesson opens
The Gospel in One Breath
Level 1 · Novice
"So what do you actually believe? Like, in one sentence."
You open your mouth and realise you have only ever heard it explained. You have never had to explain it.
Lessons are structured, not blog posts. Each one carries a passage with its context, one skill, the mistake that skill prevents, and memory verses that arrive with the situation they were written into — the compiler refuses a lesson that hands you a verse stripped of it.
You are told how it went
After every conversation, a coach reads the whole transcript and writes it up against five things. It rewards listening over winning, on purpose.
- Listening
- Whether you heard what they were actually worried about, and answered that.
- Clarity
- Whether what you said was easy to follow.
- Gentleness
- Whether you treated them with respect, especially under pressure.
- Gospel Clarity
- Whether the good news came through plainly, in words they could follow.
- Scripture Use
- Whether Scripture was handled faithfully and aimed at their good — not how much of it you used.
Scripture misused scores below Scripture absent.
From the rubric that scores Scripture Use, calibrated on Matthew 4 — where Jesus answers with a flat citation and the tempter quotes Psalm 91 accurately and still misuses it:
0 and 1 belong to misuse alone. A conversation with no Scripture in it has not committed the tempter's sin; it has simply been quiet, and silence is not weaponization.
Boldness is not the failure mode. Handling a text dishonestly is. Being blunt with a passage you have handled honestly scores high.
Where the framing comes from
2 Corinthians 5:20 · The job.
Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.
2 Timothy 2:15 · The diligence it asks for.
Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
2 Timothy 3:16-17 · What the training is in.
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
This is free, and it is not cheap to run
Everything here is free to use and funded entirely by people who choose to support it. There is no paid tier, nothing is held back behind one, and no level is unlocked by supporting it.
- One hour of spoken practice
- $1.68
- Supporting 50 learners
- $91 / month
Real-time speech, a language model holding up the other side of the conversation, and the coaching afterwards. This is what a gift buys: an hour of somebody’s practice.
Costed at fifteen minutes of practice a week each. That is the next step up from where this is now.
What support covers:
- Compute
- Every practice conversation runs a language model for the persona and a second one for the coaching afterwards. Both are billed per conversation.
- The voice room
- Real-time audio and speech synthesis, so a session can be spoken aloud rather than typed. This is the most expensive thing here per minute.
- Hosting
- Servers, a database and a job queue, running whether anyone is practising or not.
- Maintenance
- Writing and revising the curriculum, calibrating the rubric against Scripture, and keeping the personas honest.
The support link is still being set up. When it is here, it will say plainly where the money goes and will never gate anything on this site.
